Submissions must be received by June 30, 2013

Your name, postal address, email address, and phone number, plus images of the submitted piece(s) as attachments. Include web links or attachments of at least six previous pieces for the jury to get an idea of the type of work the artist does. Please keep total size of attachments to less than 10 megabytes,
Please include the statement that you agree with the following requirements:
1. Maximum number of pieces: 3
2. Minimum size :
a) 2-Dimensional — Minimum of 18 inches by 24 inches including any frame.
b) 3-Dimensional — Minimum18 inches (at least one dimension)
3. Medium: Any, as long as it’s original work, no prints, no photography (except as a mixed media work)
4. Cutoff date for submissions is: June 30, 2013
5. Work is to be brought in 2 weeks before the show
6. All work is to be exhibition ready. (Framed, with hangars, 3-D work with plinth (pedestal for mounting)
7. A $100.00 deposit is required when the artist has been accepted. It is fully refundable after the show.
8. Art sales commission fee is 20%.
9. The artist is responsible for insuring their art against loss or damage.
Artists are not required to be in attendance for the show.
Walt Collins, George David, Chris Doman, Dorothy Jarvis, and Richard Skipp are the jurors.
